1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) in the version valid at the time of order apply exclusively to the business relationship between Scents ALL and the customer. Scents ALL reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "BUY" button, you submit a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt and acceptance of your order will be sent automatically via email. This email confirms the conclusion of a purchase contract. The contract language is English. Orders are stored for processing. 3. Delivery Times

After receipt of your order and confirmation by Scents ALL, your products will be shipped to the address provided. Delivery times may vary and will be stated on the respective product page.

4. Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Your cancellation must be submitted in writing (e.g., by email or letter). If you send the goods back within the 14-day period, this also counts as a valid cancellation. The date of dispatch is decisive for meeting the deadline.

Consequences of Cancellation:
In the event of a valid cancellation, both parties must return any goods or services received, including any derived benefits. If returned items are used or damaged beyond normal testing, compensation for loss in value may be required. Normal testing is defined as the kind typically permitted in retail stores.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days. This period starts when you send your cancellation or the returned goods, and for us, upon receipt.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for bearing the return shipping costs.

6. Prices and Shipping Costs

8. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase. They cannot be used to purchase other vouchers or redeemed for cash. Vouchers and remaining balances do not accrue interest. If your order total exceeds your voucher balance, the difference must be paid using one of the available payment methods. Only one voucher may be used per order. If products purchased with a voucher are returned, the amount will be re-credited to your voucher balance. Scents ALL is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of Scents ALL until paid for in full.

10. Warranty

Product images on the Scents ALL online store may differ from delivered items. Reasonable deviations do not constitute defects. Please report visible defects (material, manufacturing, or shipping-related) as soon as possible so we can address them appropriately. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights. In the case of a defect, you may request repair, replacement, or other legal remedies including cancellation and compensation. If the contract is canceled, you must return all goods received, and shipping costs will be reimbursed. The warranty period is two years from delivery.

11. Final Clause

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
